For this project, our team needed to figure out the current flows for a customer purchasing and using an Extended Service Agreement (ESA). Flows included (1) Purchasing an ESA during time of jewelry purchase (2) Purchasing an ESA after they’ve purchased jewelry and (3) Coming to the site to learn how to use their purchased ESA.
